Stacy Roode

Stacy has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Stacy joined OppenheimerFunds in 1992, serving in a variety of Human Resources positions before being named Vice President of Human Resources in 2000. In 2007, Stacy was promoted to VP of the TA Retail Operations. Stacy was promoted to her current role as SVP of the Transfer Agent in 2009. In this role, she oversees the entire Transfer Agent including Client Services, Intermediary Operations, Processing, Oversight, Output and Monetary Control. In 2013 she was named President, Shareholder Services, Inc, which is the entity providing Transfer Agent Services for OppenheimerFunds.

Stacy is actively involved in the industry representing OppenheimerFunds on the ICI Operations Committee, the DTCC Wealth Management Services Senior Advisory Board and currently serves on the board for NICSA (National Investment Company Service Association). She previously served on the ICI Transfer Agent Advisory Committee and the NICSA TA Committee.

Stacy holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Denver and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law. She currently resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband Tom and two sons, Jack and Joe.
