As VP of Operations and Client Services for BORN (a global creative, content, and e-commerce agency), Siobhan has over 15 years of experience partnering with major brands across the media, retail, and publishing sectors, to bring successful omnichannel media campaigns to fruition. Originally hailing from London, she has spent her career working across both the U.K. and U.S.
Siobhan has worked closely with blue-chip global brands such as Disney, Sears, Staples, Canon and IBM, leveraging her ability to foster long-term strategic partnerships with clients while ensuring efficient project execution and delivery. Operational excellence is her forté, and through this she has enabled both B2B and B2C clients to achieve cost savings upwards of 30% across their production budgets. Her skillset encompasses steering global delivery teams as well as managing and growing multimillion dollar client accounts for BORN.
Siobhan’s wealth of experience and palpable energy are a true catalyst on any project and team. Her knowledge base covers all areas of content strategy, creation and production, as well as a cross-channel spectrum of print, digital, photography, video, commerce, social, and email.
Outside of work, Siobhan is a dedicated triathlete who regularly competes in races throughout the U.S. and Canada. Having engaged with advanced athletics later in life, she finds endurance training the key to self-exploration. The requisite discipline, commitment, and structure allow her to become aware of weaknesses and strengths, and then work through them in a present and sustainable way. This practice ensures not only acute self-awareness but is always generating continual improvements—whether they come more easily or present themselves as bigger life challenges.
Siobhan has grown her love of physical fitness into a broader passion for wellness, balance, and plant-based nutrition. She finds that listening to the body and mind, identifying what they tell you, and then adapting your actions in line with those messages is a challenge worth mastering.
She is also a board member of the APC (Advertising Production Club of New York) which is a community of production professionals in traditional, digital and emerging media.
