Jill Hauk

No challenge is too big or small for Jill Hauk. As a Senior Director at Nerium International, Jill leads a team with the purpose of "Making People Better." In addition to her role at Nerium, Jill sits as the CFO of her family’s custom home electronics business; she is also a passionate mom and advocate.

Jill is the proverbial “open book.” She believes that sharing her experiences - both in life and business - will inspire others to “go for it” and achieve whatever it is that they want/need. She loves meeting new people and going to new places, finding ways to be of service to others. Jill truly believes that you must surround yourself with like-minded people and build lasting, long term relationships. In following the rule that “you are the average of the five people you spend most of your time with,” Jill is always challenging herself to find that one new person she can learn from.

She was fortunate to have found early success in the real estate industry, and as a result, she and her husband were able to start their own business. She retired from real estate to raise her children, which she believes has been the most challenging and rewarding job she has had to date. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, her family was flung into the world of addiction...and, thankfully then recovery. As a passionate mom and advocate, Jill hopes her family’s story will inspire others. Whether it is success in business, or treatment for addiction, she has extensive knowledge in both and is driven to help as many people as she can.

Jill received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from California State University, Fullerton. She is an active volunteer in her community and has been a member of the National Charity League for 14 years. She resides in Orange County, CA.
