Holly joined OppenheimerFunds in 2000, serving in a variety of Transfer Agent supervisory positions before being promoted to a management position in 2005. Holly’s responsibilities have included leading teams of call center and back office agents handling advisor, shareholder, and retirement plan administrator requests; managing annual budgets; prioritizing the implementation of technology requests; developing, mentoring, and sponsoring new leaders within the organization; and implementing new customer service strategies. In 2014, Holly was the recipient of The OppenheimerFunds Spiro Award in recognition of her embodiment of the Corporate Values. That same year she was promoted to Assistant Vice President. In 2016, Holly moved into a new position in The Transfer Agent working closely with business partners in Distribution to manage back office relationships with strategic partner intermediaries who sell OppenheimerFunds products.
Holly currently sits on the Steering Committee as a Co-Chair with The Client Perspectives team for OppenheimerFunds, Women’s Network. She holds a Series 6, 26, and 51, and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University.
Holly currently resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband Garett, her son Roy, and her Golden-Doodle Sage. When Holly is not working, she is busy volunteering in the community, playing hard outdoors, and traveling.
